Accepted forms of payment include cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, Lending Club and CareCredit.
We ask that patients pay on the day of service. This includes co-payments, deductibles, and private pay balances.
Adding CareCredit to your line of available credit frees up available credit on other credit cards. It’s a FREE application (click the link below) and if you qualify, you are eligible for a 6-12 month interest-free loan. Please ask any of our team members to assist you with the simple and brief application process.

Insurance
We ask you to be knowledgeable about your dental insurance policy, co-payments, deductibles, waiting periods and restrictions. Dental insurance does not exempt a patient from being fully responsible for all fees associated with the dental services.
The patient might not be the subscriber. Patients can expect our business team to request your dental insurance card, subscriber identification number (which may be a social security number), date of birth of the subscriber, and all information that will assist us in processing your dental claims successfully.
When your dental care involves restorative therapies such as crowns, bridges, veneers or implants we prefer to send a pre-authorization to your insurance carrier.
This process allows your insurance carrier to pre-approve services before they are provided. This allows you the security of knowing what your out-of-pocket portion will be.
