Childhood trauma, two retained baby teeth, infected front tooth, and midline shifted to one side. Invisalign clear aligner treatment to correct midline and crowding. Changed out metal fillings to white resin fillings with tooth whitening. Removed baby teeth, front tooth and impacted canine with bone grafting. Placed two implants and restored the front eight teeth with two implant bridges and four veneers with an occlusal guard

Six bonded composite veneer/crowns that consistently gathered stain and bacteria. Replaced with six Emax all porcelain veneer/crowns.
